Submitting applications compliant with the Public Procurement Law in the Student application.

Due to the transition of the Gdańsk University of Technology to digital handling of correspondence under the Administrative Procedure Code, students now have the opportunity to electronically submit applications that previously had to be submitted in paper form to the dean's offices.

With the transition to digital handling, documents delivered in paper form will not be processed!

Please also familiarize yourself with the documentation retrieval process! The link to the relevant instructions is located at the bottom, in the related articles section.

To submit an application in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code, you need to log in to the Moja PG portal and access the Student application.

Next, we go to the Documents tab and select the Submit an application tile. First, we specify the field of study to which the application pertains. If you are studying only one field of study, leave the default value and proceed.

We select the type of application we want to submit. Some applications are initial applications that initiate proceedings, such as the eDeclaration of Resignation from Studies:

Some applications, however, such as the eApplication regarding the striking-off process, pertain to ongoing proceedings, and during their submission, you must specify the related case (a second list appears with the selection of a specific case).

Returning to our example, the eDeclaration of Resignation from Studies, after setting the list in the appropriate position, we proceed further:

In the next step, we specify the resignation date (the date on some applications will be automatically filled in) - it is most convenient to use the calendar icon, which is located to the right of the field.

After entering the date and proceeding further, a summary of the submitted application will be displayed. Upon verifying the application, click 'Submit Application'.

During the submission of the application, electronic correspondence is recorded in the document circulation system, which takes several seconds. It is important to remain calm and wait for the message confirming the successful submission of the application to be displayed.

After successfully submitting the application, you will see the message 'Application has been submitted successfully' - at this point, you can close the application:

You can view submitted applications under the Documents tab → Applications - here, we also have an Actions column, where you can download a document preview, generate a confirmation of submitting the application, and review its details:

Here is an example preview of the application:

image-20240419-081717.png      It is important to remember that there is no need to print and deliver these applications in paper form - 100% electronic circulation is in force. An application for which we can download the proof of submission is considered to be correctly sent.

Here is an example proof of submitting the application:

After submitting the application, you should await its processing. The Moja PG system will notify us when the handling of this application is completed.
