Introduction

TETA ME is a modern HR and payroll portal that allows employees and managers to manage HR and payroll matters on their own. The portal offers access to documents, vacation requests, remote work requests, salary information, HR requests, etc.

Logging into the portal

  1. Open a web browser and go to the TETA ME login page.

  2. Click the button OAUTH.

  1. You will be redirected to CAS (secure login through My PG).

  2. Enter login information:

  • Login - short login to My PG (without @pg.edu.pl),

  • Hasło - the same as for My PG.

  1. The next step is to confirm the two-step verification (MFA Weryfikacja dwuetapowa). It may look slightly different depending on the verification method.

  1. After proper verification, you will be transferred to the application and will be on the TETA ME welcome dashboard.

 

After logging in to the TETA ME system (available at pracownik.pg.edu.pl) you will see the main screen, i.e. a summary of your employee profile. On the left side in the upper corner there is a Menu button. After clicking it, we can access the following modules.

  1. My profile - an overview of your profile.

    1. Coworkers - employees of your unit.

    2. Organizational structure - preview of your subordinates and superiors.

    3. Salary - salary details.

    4. Family members - family members reported for insurance.

    5. Equipment - equipment and resources that have been assigned to an employee.

    6. Contact - view home address, company address and business contact.

  1. Leaves and absences - it is important to note that vacation plans and vacation requests are two separate things - you would need to submit a vacation plan first, and then a vacation request.

    1. My leaves - leave status - summary of leave balance.

    2. My leaves - request - preview of leave requests.

    3. My leaves plans - depending on the type of leave and whether it was scheduled it will be marked differently in the leave status summary.

  1. Documents - introduction.

    1. My HR requests - submitted requests, filtering requests, submitting a HR request - Examples of several requests:
      -Request for changing contact information.
      -PPK declaration.
      -Remote work requests.

    2. My notifications - submitted notifications of remote working time (registration of remote working time).

    3. PIT forms - employee's PIT documents (will appear only after they are entered by the payroll department).

    4. Reports - employee schedule with requests (month), leave requests and leave plans, pay slip - generation, preview and download.

    5. Document repository - PG.

In addition to the HR request for remote work arrangement, you must also submit a time report in My notifications tab for each remote work session!
