✨ GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT TETA ME
🔒 What is the address to access the TETA ME application?
Employees can access the application by visiting: https://pracownik.pg.edu.pl
📅 When will TETA ME be implemented?
The system was implemented on 17.04.2025.
🔒 What login credentials will be used?
Login will be via PG Central Authentication Service (CAS PG), so the username and password for Moja PG will be used.
🔒 Why does the system log me out so often?
This is due to security policies. An inactive session will be automatically terminated. Try using only one TETA ME tab and avoid long periods of inactivity.
👤 How are new users added to the system?
Accounts are created automatically for employees with active employment contracts and active Moja PG accounts.
⏰ How often does the system synchronize new users?
The system checks daily (in the morning) for newly employed staff with valid contracts and syncs them automatically.
📱 Can I use TETA ME outside the university network?
Yes, access is possible (after launching the application) via OpenVPN:
📱 Is a separate TETA application required to use TETA ME?
No, access is available via a web browser.
📱 Will TETA ME be linked in Moja PG like EZD?
No, access is available via a web browser only.
⚠️ TETA ME is not working or is slow. What should I do?
Try clearing your browser cache and logging in again. If the issue persists, use a different device or browser. Otherwise, contact the Helpdesk Team at https://zgloszenia.pg.edu.pl
✉️ Are notifications sent from TETA ME?
Yes, notifications appear under the bell icon in the system and are also sent via email. Currently, not all types of notifications are sent by email (e.g., remote work approval, unlocking leave plan requests).
📃 Will all data from the “Employee” module in Moja PG be migrated to TETA ME?
No, some data will remain in Moja PG. Approved absences/leaves will be transferred. Leave plans will not.
📅 How will the delegation process work in TETA ME?
Delegation processes will remain in Moja PG.
📃 Does TETA ME replace or complement Moja PG?
TETA ME replaces some functionalities of Moja PG. Both systems will work in parallel. Once TETA ME is launched, its functionalities will no longer be available in Moja PG.
🔒 If I currently have access to the "HR" tab in Moja PG for faculty employees, will this be available in TETA ME?
No, such permissions will not be automatically transferred. Access to these data in Moja PG will be disabled. Access will be provided through other channels.
👥 Who are the coworkers shown on my profile?
They are employees in the same organizational unit according to the university structure.
👥 Can a permanent deputy be designated for approvals in TETA ME?
Yes, permanent deputies can be assigned by submitting a request via PG Helpdesk.
⏰ Does logging into the system equal signing the attendance list?
No, logging into TETA ME does not equal signing the attendance list.
💰 Will KZP (Employee Loan Fund) be visible in TETA ME?
No, KZP remains in Moja PG.
📃 Will TETA ME include civil law contracts?
No, such contracts are outside the scope of TETA ME.
📝 Does TETA ME replace or complement Moja PG?
As mentioned, TETA ME replaces some functions; both systems will work in parallel.
📃 Will other Moja PG modules be transferred to TETA ME?
Currently, only the modules discussed during training will be moved. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
🔒 Will a function availability table be provided?
No, we do not plan to duplicate already available materials. Due to varying user roles, personalized tables would be required. We encourage hands-on use to become familiar with the system.
🔒 Will tooltips be available for different types of leaves/statuses/add-on requests?
Yes.
🏖️ LEAVES AND ABSENCES
📌 How to submit a leave request in TETA ME?
Use the (+) icon (green circle) in the Leaves and absences → My leaves section. For more help, visit: https://pomoc.pg.edu.pl
❌ Why was my leave request rejected?
Check if:
You exceeded your leave limit.
No deputy was selected (if required).
Additional approval is needed.
The dates conflict with important work responsibilities.
Contact your supervisor if unsure.
🔄 How to cancel a leave request?
Go to Leaves and absences → My leaves → Requests, select the request, then click:

⚠️ Why can't I submit a leave request?
Ensure that:
Your contract covers the leave period.
You have not exceeded your available leave.
A deputy is selected (if required).
The date is not blocked or overlapping with duties.
Otherwise, contact your supervisor.
🔍 How to check the status of my request?
Go to Leaves and absences → My leaves → Requests and click on a request to view its history and current status (e.g., pending, approved, rejected).
📅 Is a leave plan required to submit a leave request?
No, leave requests can be submitted without a plan. Plans are only indicative.
✅ Does the leave plan need approval or is it automatically accepted?
The plan must be submitted for approval to your supervisor.
🔄 Does an approved leave plan automatically become a leave request?
Yes, one week before the leave date, it is converted automatically.
🚫 Does the system validate the availability of the selected deputy?
Yes, the system prevents assigning an absent person as deputy.
👥 Can I check who approves my HR/leave request?
Yes, open the request and view the next approver under the "Awaiting for" field. Usually, it’s the direct supervisor or HR.
👥 Is selecting a deputy mandatory or optional?
It is optional. The system checks their availability.
👥 Can multiple deputies be assigned for different processes?
Some substitutions remain in Moja PG. In TETA ME, the selected deputy can approve leave, remote work reports and HR-related requests for the absent employee.
👥 Can multiple employees assign the same deputy for the same period?
Yes, as long as the deputy is present at that time.
👥 When can an employee set a deputy in TETA ME?
While submitting a leave request. Permanent deputies can be set via Helpdesk.
📌 What is “188 KP” caregiving leave?
It is daily/hourly leave to care for a child under age of 14.
🔄 If the first leave for a child is full-day, can the rest be used hourly?
No, the first request determines the format, just like in Moja PG.
🔍 Where to submit a special occasion leave request?
In the My leaves section under Leaves and absences.
🔍 Where will sick leaves be visible?
In My leave plans under Leaves and absences, marked with a red cross icon as "Other absence."
📅 Where can I see leave requests on a calendar?
Leave requests are visible in the My leaves module, which is located in Leaves and absences. A complete view of absences is visible in the My leave plans module located in Leaves and absences. You can also view a list of all leave plan requests in the My leave plans tab on the left.
🔍 Will I see the whole team’s leaves/plans?
No, this feature is not currently available.
❌ Can I edit/withdraw a leave plan blocked by my supervisor?
No, but you can request the supervisor to allow editing.
✅ Can I edit/withdraw an approved leave plan?
Yes, by withdrawing and submitting a new one.
📝 HR-RELATED REQUEST
🔄 How to update personal data (e.g., name, address, bank account)?
Go to Documents → My HR requests → (+) (icon of green cirle with plus) → Request for changing contact information. See https://pomoc.pg.edu.pl for guidance.
💰 Where to apply for funding/bonuses (e.g., holiday subsidies)?
Still in Moja PG. The process hasn’t changed.
📜 Where to submit/revoke a PPK declaration?
Go to Documents → My HR requests → (+) → PPK Declaration. More help at https://pomoc.pg.edu.pl
👥 Can I check who approves my HR/leave request?
Yes, view the request and look at the "awaiting for" field.
📊 REPORTS/SALARIES
💵 Where can I find my payslips?
After logging into the TETA ME system, go to the Documents → Reports → Payslip.
💵 Is my salary visible to me or to others?
Employees cannot see the salaries of their colleagues. They can only view their own salary in the My profile → Salaries tab.
📄 DOCUMENTS
📃 Where can I find my PIT files and how can I download them?
They can be downloaded in the Documents → PIT forms once they have been uploaded by the Payroll Department.
📃 Doctoral students (both employed and not employed by PG) used to download PIT and RMUA files through the Employee application in Moja PG. Will they also have access to TETA ME, and will these documents be available there?
Employees with an employment contract will have access through TETA ME.
Those with other types of employment will not have access to TETA ME.
⚕️ PERIODIC MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS / HEALTH AND SAFETY
📋 Where will periodic medical examinations and health and safety certifications be registered now?
Periodic medical examinations and health and safety certifications will still be handled in Moja PG. The registration process remains unchanged.
💻 REMOTE WORK
📝 How do I submit a request to arrange remote work?
This can be done in the My requests → HR Requests → (+) (green circle with plus icon) → Application for reconciliation of remote work (or occasional remote work). Additional instructions can be found on the website: https://pomoc.pg.edu.pl/
📝 What is the difference between a request for remote work arrangement and reporting remote working?
A request for remote work arrangement is not the same as a remote work request. When submitting a remote work arrangement, you only submit the necessary declarations and provide potential remote work location addresses. To work remotely on a specific day, the employee must submit a partial (or occasional) remote work report for that day, which you can find in My notifications in the Documents tab.
❌ How do I cancel my full or partial remote work arrangement (reconciliation)? Can I retract my request?
You can cancel it by going to My requests → HR Requests → (+) (green circle with plus icon) → Application for reconciliation of remote work, and selecting the option to cancel.
⏳ If I already have an approved partial (hybrid) remote work arrangement, do I still need to create remote work time entries?
Yes. Every employee must report remote work time for each remote session.
🔹 If you work remotely on Tuesday and Wednesday – one request is enough.
🔹 If you work remotely on Tuesday and Thursday – you need to submit two separate requests.
👥 Can I submit an Application for reconciliation of remote work on behalf of someone else?
No. It is not possible to submit an application on someone else’s behalf. A direct supervisor can only report the work time event on behalf of the employee.
📊 Does the system automatically calculate the number of occasional remote work days?
Yes. You can check this under the Occasional remote work report in Documents → My notifications → (+) (green circle with plus icon) → Occasional Remote Work.
🔄 How often do I need to submit an application for occasional remote work?
You only need to submit the request once. It will be renewed every year, unless canceled.
✅ Can an employee retract/cancel an approved occasional remote work time report?
Yes, an employee can withdraw the report, which will then be sent to the direct supervisor for approval of the withdrawal.
