Leaves and absences - Absences of unit employes

Tab Absences of unit employes in system TETA ME is used to browse information about planned and registered leaves of people hired in selected organisation or departament unit.

Data visiblity

Access to this tab and visibility of stored data is limited only to people within selected unit/department. Wchich means that:

-User sees only leaves plans of their own organization unit employes (for example department, institute, bureau),

-There is no way of browsing absences of employes from other employes' units at PG.

  1. Log in to system TETA ME by page pracownik.pg.edu.pl

  2. In the main menu select Leaves and absences → Absences of unit employes

  3. Click Leaves of unit employes.

  1. More detailed view is available after clicking desired month - system will show list of every registered absence with datails for desired time period.

  1. Function filter in tab Absences of unit employes allows quick and precise narrowing to their team.
