Working hours in Outlook
Sign in to Outlook Web
Go to the website http://outlook.office.com and log in to your Microsoft 365 account.Open Settings
Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top right corner to open the settings menu.Go to the Calendar section
In the settings window on the left side, select the Calendar tab, then choose working hours .
Set working hours
In the Working hours section, you can configure:
Workdays – Select which days of the week are your working days.
Working hours – Specify the hours during which you are available, e.g., from 9:00 to 17:00.
Save changes
After configuring your working hours, click the Save button at the bottom of the screen to confirm the settings.
After setting your working hours, Outlook will display your available times in the calendar, making it easier to schedule meetings and showing your availability to coworkers.
