Setting up the spam filter in Outlook Web

Setting up the spam filter in Outlook Web

Open your web browser and go to the Outlook Web login page: https://outlook.office.com

Automatic moving of messages to the Junk folder

Outlook automatically moves messages identified as spam to the Junk Email folder. Check this folder regularly to make sure that important messages haven’t been mistakenly marked as spam. If you find such a message, right-click it, select Junk , and then choose Not junk to move it back to your inbox.

Protection with additional tools

If Outlook’s built-in spam filters aren’t sufficient, consider using additional anti-spam tools or extensions that offer more advanced protection options against spam.
