Teams Whiteboard is a virtual whiteboard available within the Microsoft Teams platform. It allows users to collaborate in real-time by creating, editing, and sharing ideas graphically.
Automatic saving: The whiteboard saves automatically in the cloud.
Export: Download the whiteboard as an image or PDF file to share it outside of Whiteboard.

Share the whiteboard
Click the SHARE icon.
In the upper right corner, you will see the SHARE icon (a person symbol with a link or arrow).
Configure permissions:
Allow editing: Choose whether other users can edit the whiteboard or just view it.
You can enable an option that allows only logged-in users to edit.
Sharing directly in Teams
Paste the copied link into a chat or channel in Microsoft Teams. Participants can click the link and immediately open the whiteboard in their browser.
Optional: Real-time sharing
When other users open the whiteboard through the shared link, all changes on the whiteboard will be visible in real-time.
You can observe participants' edits and work together on the content.
Stopping sharing
Return to the sharing settings (the “Share” icon).
Click the “Stop sharing” option or change permissions so that only you have access to edit.
