Subordinates and Replacements - Reporting Work Time Incidents

The section Reporting Work Time Incidents in the TETA ME system allows approvers to monitor, verify, and approve reports regarding employee activities. With this feature, supervisors can effectively approve, for example, reports of remote work hours.

This section is intended for those approving leave and vacation plans.

In addition to reporting work time, you must first fill out a personnel request for agreement on remote work in a separate tab and obtain its approval. Only then can you submit a work time report.

How to approve a work time event?

To approve a work time event report, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the TETA ME system.

  2. In the left sidebar menu, go to the tab Subordinates and Replacements, and then Reporting Work Time Incidents.

  3. In the For consideration tab, you will find all reports submitted by your subordinates that require your decision, such as remote work time reports.

  4. To approve a work time report, simply press the accept button next to the appropriate entry.

How to get an overview of all reports?

In the all tab, you will find a list of pending and previously approved reports along with their status.
