PG Submissions - Logging in external users (outside of PG) to the PG submissions portal

  1. In the browser address field, enter the website address zgloszenia.pg.edu.pl.

  2. Enter your email address according to the displayed message.

  1. After entering the email address, click next and CONTINUE WITH Atlassian ACCOUNT.

  1. Then choose one of the following options:

  1. Enter your email address and click continue .

  1. If you do not have an account for the provided email address, the button continue will change to sign up.

  1. After pressing it, the system will send us an email to the specified email address with a verification code that we need to enter and confirm by clicking the button VERIFY to continue. If the activation code did not arrive, check the Offers/Other/SPAM folder; if it is still not visible, resend the message using E-mail DIDN'T ARRIVE?SEND IT AGAIN..

  1. Once the email address has been verified, complete the form with your first and last name, and set a suitably strong password for your Atlassian account.

  1. At the end of the process, you will need to re-enter the verification code from the email message. If you do not see any code in your mailbox, resend it using the button CODE DIDN'T ARRIVE?SEND IT AGAIN.

  1. At this point, the account has been confirmed, and you can log in using the specified email address and the password set during the registration process.

The instructions may vary slightly depending on which external account we choose to use for logging in. The account creation process is described using a Google account as an example.

  1. Enter your email address and click cONTINUE.

  2. If you do not have an account for the provided email address, the button CONTINUE will change to REGISTER. Do not click it - it was only needed to verify whether the provided email address was already registered.

  1. When we see the button REGISTER, we choose the option CONTINUE WITH ANOTHER ACCOU and select one of the available options, i.e.:

    1. Google,

    2. Microsoft,

    3. Apple,

    4. Slack.

  1. In this case, we choose the option to log in using a Google account

  2. After redirecting to Google login, we select the appropriate account and enter the password.

  1. We consent to the sharing of the data contained in the Google account with Atlassian for the purpose of registering the account by clicking the next button.

  2. We confirm the account creation with the button create account.

  1. At the end of the process, it may be necessary to verify the email address. If you do not see any activation code in your inbox, please resend it by clicking the code didn't arrive?SEND IT AGAIN button.

  1. At this point, the account has been confirmed and can be logged into using the external account selected during the registration process (e.g., Google).

 

ATTENTION!

In the case of a message like the one below → click VERIFY ACCOUNT AGAIN. If the account confirmation message has not arrived, you need to click Resend the verification link once more.
