Possible career paths for Students, PhD candidates, Employees, and Listeners

An Current Employee can become a Student, Doctoral Student, etc. Possible "career paths" and necessary steps to take (in Moja PG) are described below.

In each case, the current password for Moja PG must be used; if we do not know it, do not remember it, etc., it must be reset first.

Student →	Employee	You need to reactivate your account on Moja PG (from the technical university) using the same password as your student account. The system will refresh the permissions, and a new mailbox will be created in the domain @pg.edu.pl.
	Doctoral student	You need to reactivate your account on Moja PG using the same password as your student account. The system will refresh permissions, an alias will be created in the domain @pg.edu.pl, which will still direct emails to the student mailbox and from which emails can be sent.
	Listener	You should use the current account for Moja PG; after being accepted from recruitment, access to Postgraduate Studies should work automatically.
PhD Student →	Employee	You need to reactivate your account on Moja PG (from the polytechnic network) using the same password as for the doctoral account. The system will refresh permissions, and a new mailbox will be created in the domain @pg.edu.pl - if the user previously had an alias in the form of imie.nazwisko@pg.edu.pl for the doctoral mailbox, the system will create a new alias in the form of imie.nazwisko1@pg.edu.pl (the alias "with a one" or the next digit) - in that case, you should send a request to Helpdesk with the content "During the activation of the employee account, an alias with a one was created, I already have a personal alias without a one directing emails to the student mailbox, please redirect it to the employee mailbox and simultaneously remove the alias with a one." (of course, the request should include data allowing for user identification).
	Student	You need to reactivate your account on Moja PG using the same password as for your doctoral account. The system will refresh the permissions.
	Listener	You should use the current account for Moja PG; after being accepted from recruitment, access to Postgraduate Studies should work automatically.
Employee →	Student	You need to reactivate your account on Moja PG using the same password as your employee account. The system will refresh the permissions, and a new mailbox will be created in the domain @student.pg.edu.pl - please be aware that these are two separate mailboxes and emails related to your studies will go to the student mailbox.
	Doctoral student	You need to reactivate your account on Moja PG using the same password as your employee account. The system will refresh the permissions, a new mailbox will be created in the domain @student.pg.edu.pl, and an alias in the domain @pg.edu.pl - due to having an employee mailbox, the system will create a new alias in the form of first.last1@pg.edu.pl (alias "with one" or the next digit) - the "with one" alias will then direct to the student mailbox, but as long as the Doctoral Student remains an Employee, the employee mailbox (and alias without digits) can be used, although it should be noted that these are two separate mailboxes and emails related to studies go to the student mailbox.
	Listener	You should use the current account for Moja PG; after being accepted from recruitment, access to Postgraduate Studies should work automatically.
Listener →	Student	You need to reactivate your account on Moja PG using the same password as your Listener account. The system will refresh the permissions, and a mailbox will be created in the domain @student.pg.edu.pl.
