Account on Moja PG and basic accesses
Below are general information about obtaining access to the systems of Gdańsk University of Technology.
General note - it should be remembered that a Student can be an Employee, an Employee can become a Student, a Student can become a Listener, etc. Obtaining standard permissions for a given type of account always occurs through account activation, and extending permissions to a new role happens during reactivation, using the current password for Moja PG.
The colors in the table "mean nothing," they are only meant to facilitate reading the individual columns. On smaller monitors, the table may not fit - a horizontal scrollbar is located at the bottom of the table along with the column labels, and the row labels are also repeated on the right side. Footnotes are located below the table.

Account activation (on Moja PG → Create an account) | 1.Individuals with a PESEL number activate the account themselves in Moja PG ("Create an account"), only from the technical university network, using the personal number (found on the employment contract). 2.Individuals without a PESEL number can activate the account as described below (3 and 4). 3. Account on the MS Teams platform | An account on the MS Teams platform is created only after the account on Moja PG is activated. Revocation of Permissions
Revocation of permissions occurs a) at the request of the supervisor; b) after receiving information from HR about the termination of employment.
Notes
Personal visits to the Helpdesk require a form of identification.
In the case of duplicate surnames, logins and/or aliases are created containing consecutive numbers; for hyphenated surnames, there may be an issue with properly creating the alias (in such cases, contact the Helpdesk for correction).

IT Systems Administrator
Access to other systems than Moja PG via VPN is only possible using OpenVPN software (employees typically receive among others access to EZD).
