Gdańsk University of Technology has been using the Uniform Anti-plagiarism System since 2019.  As a graduate student, you are obliged to carry out verify your diploma thesis in the anti-plagiarism verification of your diploma thesissystem.

Then go to the Antiplagiarism Verification section. Uploading a file for anti-plagiarism verification requires the consent of the thesis supervisor.

The consent to uploading the file is issued by the supervisor through the Moja PG system, only after the consent is given, the system will display a message that You have to accept copyright agreement before uploading file.

Click Copyright Statement., then select the type of diploma and read the declaration clause and accept it.

The thesis placed in the anti-plagiarism system must be prepared in PDF, DOC or DOCX format and cannot exceed 15 MB.

If the Upload file button did not appear in the student's account in the diplomas tab, the possible reasons are:

  • The Moja PG portal was not able to verify the correctness of the data in the POL-on system before submitting the file for analysis to the Anti-plagiarism system.
  • The author of the thesis has incorrectly prepared the file (e.g. merging several pdf files with an external tool).
  • The author of the thesis has already used 3 attempts to send the work thesis for analysis during the research created by the thesis supervisor.
  • The supervisor has not yet allowed me to upload a thesis in the Moja PG system.

In each of the above cases, determine the cause and try to solve the problem (Dean's Office, job supervisor, Helpdesk).

After uploading the file, the author of the thesis, the supervisor and the dean's office are informed about any changes and subsequent stages of the anti-plagiarism analysis by changing the verification status on the Moja PG portal.
