The course of the verification

To enter a file for anti-plagiarism verification, select: Student → Studies → Diplomas → Details.

Then go to the Antiplagiarism Verification section. Uploading a file for anti-plagiarism verification requires the consent of the thesis supervisor.

The consent to uploading the file is issued by the supervisor through the Moja PG system, only after the consent is given, the system will display a message that You have to accept copyright agreement before uploading file.

Click Copyright Statement., then select the type of diploma and read the declaration clause and accept it.

After accepting the statement, the option Upload file will be displayed in the Antiplagiarism Verification section, which allows you to upload the work.

Note!

The thesis placed in the anti-plagiarism system must be prepared in PDF, DOC or DOCX format and cannot exceed 15 MB.

After uploading the file, the author of the thesis, the supervisor and the dean's office are informed about any changes and subsequent stages of the anti-plagiarism analysis by changing the verification status on the Moja PG portal.

For each submitted work, the anti-plagiarism system generates a general report, which is available on the Moja PG portal for both the author of the thesis, supervisor and reviewer, and a detailed report - available only to the supervisor and reviewer. These persons are informed about the availability of reports by e-mail.

To download the generated report, in the Report section, click the download button.

Acceptance of the report

After reading the report, the supervisor may not accept the thesis. In order to be able to re-upload the file for verification, the supervisor must agree to it. After this action, the option Upload file will be active again on the Student's account.

After reading the report and its approval, the supervisor proceeds to the review of the thesis. The same applies to the reviewer of the thesis. Ready reviews of the thesis can be viewed in the tab: Student → Diplomas → Details in the Reviews section.

Only after the thesis is positively assessed by the supervisor and the reviewer, the thesis supervisor may accept the anti-plagiarism report in its entirety. After the final approval, the author proceeds to the diploma examination in accordance with further stages and scheduled dates.

Collective thesis

In the case of a collective diploma thesis, each of the authors of the thesis uploads it to the system following the above instructions.

The dissertation review may differ for each student depending on the workload.
