Enrollment for Doctoral Schools

This instruction is intended for people who apply for doctoral schools at GdaƄsk Tech.

Technical issues related to the recruitment system are handled by the Helpdesk team - detailed contact information can be found on the main help page.


To be able to recruit, you must activate your account on the eRekrutacja portal.

After the candidate logs in to his/her recruitment account and completes the data, a page with current registrations for studies and doctoral schools will be displayed.

There is a session counter in the upper right corner - for security reasons, the session lasts 10 minutes, if no operation is performed during this time, the candidate will be automatically logged out of the website. By clicking on the two blue arrows you can refresh the session duration.

Also for security reasons, it is not possible to open one application in two browser windows.

 

After selecting the Doctoral schools box, you will see the selection of the type of doctoral school and the necessary information regarding the recruitment itself (until when is it active, description, key conditions).

After selecting the Apply to Doctoral School button, a window will appear with mandatory questions verifying qualifications to take part in the recruitment process. After checking the appropriate checkboxes with answers, we can proceed to the recruitment form.

A window will appear confirming your participation in the recruitment process.

Click Proceed.

At this stage, we will complete the data one by one

The assigned application number is displayed


At any stage of submitting the application, if we omit to complete any data, a window will appear, of course with information adequate to the missing data.

As we can see, you can immediately complete the missing data (which we encourage you to do), or skip this step and complete it later. In this situation, the data can only be edited until the date indicated in the window - please remember this.


In the first step, you should indicate the promoter who agreed to be covered by the supervision. We select the promoter from the drop-down list.

It is also necessary to attach a scan with consent (allowed file types: .pdf, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .bmp. Maximum size: 5.0 MB)

and confirmation that the attached scan is the promoter's declaration.

After completing the above, information about the document status will appear.

Then we must indicate the selected discipline by clicking the Add course to preference list button.

A green icon will appear on the right to indicate that the course has been added to the selected list.

You can use the trash bin to delete the selected discipline ( )

Then, we mark two mandatory declarations, indicate our interest in the dormitory and move on to the next step.


At the next stage, we complete the required education.

 

After selecting your study level from the drop-down list, fields to fill out will appear


In the next step, we fill in information regarding language knowledge and attach the necessary certificates, if required.

 


To finalize the recruitment, it is necessary to pay the recruitment fee.

 

You can attach a document confirming the transfer ( ). This is not mandatory.

In this step, we also complete the Candidate's bank account details.


At the last stage, we complete the required information.

 

 


After completing the remaining information, go to the Summary tab.

Green icons indicate a correctly completed application.

 

To complete the recruitment process, click the Send form button.

In the next step, we must complete data regarding current employment.


To finalize the recruitment, it is necessary to pay the recruitment fee.

You can attach a document confirming the transfer ( ). This is not mandatory.

In this step, we also complete the Candidate's bank account details.


At the last stage, we complete the required information.

 

 

 


After completing the remaining information, go to the Summary tab.

Green icons indicate a correctly completed application.

To complete the recruitment process, click the Send form button.


After sending the form

After sending the form, the committee examines the Candidate's documents and assigns appropriate statuses.

Form returned for correction

If it is required to correct the form, the Candidate will see this information after logging in to the Recruitment portal.

Here, each candidate can check the current status of his or her application, without having to contact the Doctoral School directly.

Then click Correct the data in the form, you will be taken to the Summary tab, where things to be corrected will be listed.

After introducing changes, IT IS NECESSARY TO GENERATE, COMPLETE AND RE-SEND THE RECRUITMENT FORM.


RESIGN FROM RECRUITMENT

To resign from recruitment, click three dots and then Resign from recruitment
