After starting MS Teams and entering the calendar view (the icon 
is available in the left vertical toolbar), find the meeting in the days grid, then click on it. Then click the Join button.

In the running Teams application, click on the Calendar view. At the top, you'll find the Join with ID button. Click on it.

Then, in the displayed menu, enter the meeting ID and the access code (you should receive both information from the video meeting organizer, e.g. in the invitation sent by e-mail).
