One of the two-step verification options is verification with a one-time code generated in the mobile application. This type of verification requires prior installation of an application that enables it, such as Google Authenticator. Importantly, you do not need to be connected to the internet to generate codes in the application.

Google Authenticator

Step by step instruction

In order to enable and log in using verification using the application:

  1.  log in to Moja PG, then go to the My Account tab and in it to Two-Step Verification and choose One Time Password (OTP) codes

2.  To complete the configuration, log in again:

3. After redirecting to the main page of the Moja PG portal, click Login and log in with your NetID and password,

4. The next step is to register the application - the example uses Google Authenticator. Start the installed mobile application and click Get started:

5. A window for adding a new account will appear, click Scan QR code.

6. Scan the code displayed after logging in. A one-time code will appear in the application, which must be entered in the window on the portal and then click Register.

After signing up, two-step verification setup with the app is complete.

The next logins to the Moja PG account will look like this:

1. Logging in to the My PG portal using the login and password:

2.The application code verification window will open. Start the application on the phone, and then enter the generated code in the field shown below:

3. Finally, click Login

If you want, you can select the Don't ask again option on this device . Consider this only if you are the only one person using this device - never use this on publicly available machines (in lab, library...)
