Searching for courses on the platform

In the login mode (during session), you can search for courses available on the e-learning platform. Only courses that have visibility turned on (to be decided by the teacher) will be available in the search results.

Searching for a course (by name and description) across the platform

1. By using your Gdańsk Tech account or your local Moodle account, log into the e-learning platform.

2. In the Dashboard view that is displayed, locate the All courses option on the top horizontal blue toolbar, as shown in the picture. Click on it.

3. In the Search courses text box that appears, enter the name of the course you're looking for.

4. Then click on the magnifying glass icon.

5. The system will find all courses on the platform, the name or description of which contains the phrase you entered.

6. Clicking on a search result will display a short summary below with the option to view the course.

Browsing courses by category

The list of courses can also be freely viewed in the categories into which the platform's resources are divided.

1. Go to the eLearning home page,

2. Click on one of the available course category tiles.

3. A list of subcategories and courses in the given category will be displayed.

However nowadays, due to the very large number of courses, this method of searching through interesting materials may be time ineffective.
