Creating local Moodle account

If you need to access a specific e-Learning material (course) and, as a person professionally unrelated to the University, do not have a Moja PG account, you can create a local Moodle account. This method is most often used by:

• visiting professors

• employees and students of other universities

• participants of trainings and courses organized at Gdańsk Tech

• project participants, e.g. Zdolni z Pomorza
  
  
  

To create a local Moodle account, follow these steps in order:

1. Go to eLearning website: enauczanie.pg.edu.pl

2. In the middle of blue area please locate and click on to Sign in button.

3. Click Log in on the right side in the logging method view.

4. Next choose the Sign up option, as shown in the picture.
   
   
   
   

5. In the form displayed, enter:
   
   
   

   1. username (login) you want to use on the eLearning platform - for ease of use, we recommend that you enter your e-mail address here (thanks to this e-mail will be your login)

   2. password you want to protect access to your account on the eLearning platform

   3. e-mail address of the account you are actively using – an automatic message with a link confirming the activation of the account will be sent to the given address

   4. name

   5. surname

   6. express the mandatory consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose and scope necessary to carry out the classes
      
      Finally, click Create my new account button.
      
      
      

6. Wait 5 to 20 minutes and check if an automatic message with a link to activate your local Moodle account has arrived at the e-mail address provided.
   
   
   

    

7. If the message has arrived – click on the link contained in the message, which will finally confirm the activation of your account. From now on, you can log in to your local Moodle account.

8. If it's been over 20 minutes and the activation email is not visible in the Inbox or in the Spam folder of your email account, try to set up your local account again, paying special attention when entering your email address, login and password.
   Perhaps during the first attempt to create an account, there was a spelling mistake in email address, so that the message was sent to another person (if an address with such a word exists) or could not be sent (if the address does not exist).

9. If despite the attempts, the message does not reach your e-mail account, please contact the Gdańsk Tech Helpdesk, providing all necessary details of the case.
