Confirmation of login using the mPG application

Note!

Two-step verification using the mPG application is possible provided that you have the mPG application installed on your phone and pair it on the Moja PG website. For instructions on how to download and pair the app, see this page.

Step by step instruction 

To enable two-step verification using the mPG application:

  1. log in to Moja PG, then go to the My Account tab and in it to Two-Step Verification.



  2. Then select the Confirmation of login using the mPG application option and click Save.

After you save, Two-step Verification is now set up. After logging out of the Moja PG portal, each subsequent login will be two-step.

When you log in to the Moja PG portal (by default - with your login and password), the browser will ask you to confirm your login on your phone.

CAUTION

If you want, you can select the Don't ask again option on this device . Consider this only if you are the only one person using this device - never use this on publicly available machines (in lab, library...)

Turn on the mPG application on your phone and confirm login.

After confirming the login on the phone, the main page of the Moja PG portal will appear in the browser.
