Feedback Activity

The Feedback activity module enables a teacher to create a custom survey for collecting feedback from participants using a variety of question types including multiple choice, yes/no or text input. 

 After adding a new activity, we will go to the detailed feedback settings. We will set options in turn: 

General

In this block enter the Name of the survey (feedback) and optional Description, which can be displayed on the course page just below the link with the activity.

Open

Availability

We decide here on the duration of the activity.

Open

Question and submission settings

In the above window we set, among others whether the survey is to be anonymous and how many times the user can send feedback.

After submission

In this window, we decide what will happen after the survey. We can set whether the user will see the results of the survey – Show analysis page or set other than the standard page to which the user will be sent – Link to next activity.

Common module settings

Here you will find basic settings, e.g. Availability. For more information, just click the question  icon (?) next to selected option.

Restrict access

In this field, we can set the conditions that a student must meet to have access to the survey.

Activity completion

The window allows you to decide how the activity completion will be tracked, for example the activity will be considered complete after fulfilling the selected conditions.

Tags

This option allows you to better identify the quiz after tagging it.

Competencies

We choose what actions will take place after the activity.

Finally, we need to save the quiz- Save and return to course or save and immediately view your test- Save and display.
