How does the message deletion process work?
Deleted Items: After moving messages or attachments to the "Deleted Items" (Trash) folder, the items will be permanently deleted after 60 days.
Deep Trash: Before permanent deletion, the data will remain for an additional 30 days in a so-called "deep trash" area Restoring Deleted Messages.
This means that during this period, it will still be possible to recover deleted messages.
However, it's important to note that after this time, the data will be permanently erased and no longer recoverable.
Outlook is a comprehensive mailbox that includes email, calendar, and task functions. With it, you can receive push-mode emails, as well as integrate emails, contacts, and appointments from your mailbox. One of the advantages of services available within o365 is that they operate through a web browser, so even without dedicated tools, they can still be used easily.

In Microsoft 365 (O365), the automatic reply feature, often used as an "out-of-office" responder, works in such a way that it sends an automatic response to a given sender only once during the absence period. This means that regardless of the number of messages that the same sender sends to you during this time, they will receive only one automatic reply.
Email forwarding in O365 cannot go outside the organization or beyond the pg.edu.pl domain, as it is blocked. Only forwarding within employee email accounts is allowed.
Changes to the rules regarding forwarding email to external servers are at the discretion of the Chancellor. This decision was made in response to the need to ensure the security of information and internal correspondence, in compliance with applicable laws and requests from external institutions. The option to forward business emails to external servers is not available. According to the Chancellor's decision, exceptions to this rule cannot be made. You should use your employee email directly.NOTE!
The storage space limits are as follows:
For Employee Email: 50GB
For Employee Data (OneDrive): 100GB
For Student Data: 10GB.
The current limit for sending emails within the PG organization is 500 recipients per message.
When sending emails to external recipients, the following policy applies:
Sending emails to a large number of recipients, also known as mass mailing
The maximum size for attachments is 36864 KB.
